Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of OceanSphere Maritime access.

1. Service

Access to the maritime company directory including filters, search, class approval filter, CSV export and personal project/acquisition area. Data is continuously maintained.

2. Price & Billing

7-day free trial. Thereafter tiered plans: Basic 29 €, Pro 79 € per month, Enterprise on request. No self-service signup: access is set up after request, billing by invoice (monthly).

3. Data quality

Directory data is compiled carefully from public sources; no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or currency is given. Class approvals should be verified individually with the relevant classification society.

4. Use

Data may be used for own business/acquisition purposes. Resale or redistribution of the full dataset is not permitted.
