Schwerpunkt: Deep Blue Composites (DBC) is a Bristol, RI-based advanced composites manufacturer focused on undersea and autonomous maritime systems. We design and fabricate composite pressure housings, structural tubes, electronics sleds, and multifunctional laminates for AUVs, UUVs, and autonomous surface vehicles. Core capabilities include filament winding, hand layup, CNC machining of composites, tooling design, and design for manufacturability (DFM). We support defense, dual-use, and commercial development programs from prototype through small-batch production with full quality documentation.
