Schwerpunkt: Marina Port Valencia is an innovative project aiming to become a global benchmark for yachting and water sports. It results from the union of two major yachting groups, IPM-IMG Group and Ocibar, working together to make it a reality. Four marinas in one for boats from 8 to 130 metres and an 80,000 m² refit yard with a 750-ton travel lift for refit and repair. Beyond yachting, the marina will feature a modern retail and business area with offices, co-working spaces, shops, restaurants, and leisure, offering a unique connection with Valencia integrating the port with the city.
