It covers an area of 13,000 square meters, with 3 sheds for 3,300 square meters, a reserved area of water for 6,000 square meters and dock for moorings of 130 ml. 240-ton travel lift, served by a modern motorized wagon for the transport of ships and/or 240-ton blocks.
